Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
  2. Add the dry ingredients: Stir in the rolled oats, and if desired, mix in the mini chocolate chips and chia or flaxseeds for added texture and nutrition.
