Description

These delightful Peanut Butter Snowballs are creamy, sweet, and dipped in white chocolate, making them the perfect festive treat for any holiday gathering. Easy to make and fun to decorate, they’re a hit with both kids and adults!

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Peanut Butter Filling:
    • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • For the Coating:
    • 8 ounces white chocolate bark or white chocolate chips
    • Holiday sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until well blended (a stand mixer can be used if preferred).
  • Add the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a smooth ball. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
  • Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes to chill.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate bark by heating it for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between, until fully melted.
  • Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted white chocolate using a fork or toothpick. Allow excess chocolate to drip off by tapping the side of the bowl.
  • Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet.
  • To decorate, transfer any remaining melted chocolate into a plastic baggie or piping bag, cut off a corner, and drizzle over the truffles. Top with festive sprinkles if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

  • Ensure the peanut butter is creamy for the best texture.
  • Chill the balls thoroughly before dipping to help maintain their shape.
