Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven according to the brownie package instructions.
  • Prepare the Pecan Pie Filling:
    • In a small saucepan, whisk together the sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter, and vanilla. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously.
    • As the mixture thickens (about 15 minutes), stir in the chopped pecans. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture reaches the consistency of runny oatmeal.
  • Prepare the Brownie Base:
