- Prepare the Cheese and Pepperoni: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Form the Crisps: Place small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1-2 inches apart. Press a slice of pepperoni into the center of each mound.
