Description

These Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas are a quick and delicious mashup of two favorites—pizza and quesadillas. Crispy tortillas are filled with melty cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce for an easy snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on one half of each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  3. Add pepperoni slices and season with oregano and garlic powder.
  4. Fold tortillas in half to close.
  5. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from pan, slice into wedges, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
