These Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas are a quick and delicious mashup of two favorites—pizza and quesadillas. Crispy tortillas are filled with melty cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce for an easy snack or meal.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for cooking)
Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on one half of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices and season with oregano and garlic powder.
- Fold tortillas in half to close.
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, slice into wedges, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas if needed.
- Try adding cooked mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers for variation.
