A quick and tasty twist on a classic, these Pepperoni Pizza Sloppy Joes combine ground beef, zesty pepperoni, and gooey mozzarella for a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs. Ground Beef
- 15 oz package of Pepperoni, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) can of Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 6 Hamburger Buns
- 6 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with the salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the Italian seasoning, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, and chopped pepperoni.
- Allow the ingredients to simmer on low for 5-7 minutes until the flavors are combined.
- Serve on the buns and top with mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!
