Description

A quick and tasty twist on a classic, these Pepperoni Pizza Sloppy Joes combine ground beef, zesty pepperoni, and gooey mozzarella for a delicious and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 15 oz package of Pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 (15 oz) can of Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz) can of Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 Hamburger Buns
  • 6 slices of Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet with the salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in the Italian seasoning, crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, and chopped pepperoni.
  • Allow the ingredients to simmer on low for 5-7 minutes until the flavors are combined.
  • Serve on the buns and top with mozzarella cheese. Enjoy!
