- Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- Bake the Crust: Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
- Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
