Description

These Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are a delightful combination of flaky biscuits and gooey mozzarella cheese, enhanced with a buttery garlic flavor. Perfect for appetizers or snacks, they’re sure to impress at any gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! biscuits
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate the dough into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  • Add the Cheese: Place one mozzarella cube in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese and pinch them together to form a sealed ball.
  • Arrange on the Baking Sheet: Place the dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  • Make the Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • Brush with Garlic Butter: Generously brush the garlic butter over each dough ball. Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and puffed.
  • Cool Slightly and Serve: Let the bombs cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • These cheese bombs are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven to restore their gooey texture.
  • Feel free to experiment with different cheeses or herbs for variety.
