Description

This Pink Cherry Jell-O Fluff is a fun, creamy, and colorful dessert that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or special occasions. With its sweet cherry flavor and light, fluffy texture, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Easy to make and oh-so-delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) package cherry Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)
  • ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the cherry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate the Jell-O mixture for about 1-2 hours or until it begins to set but is still slightly soft (partially set).
  3. Once the Jell-O has partially set, fold in the whipped topping, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and sour cream (if using). Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes fluffy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual bowls. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set and firm.
  5. Before serving, garnish with chopped maraschino cherries (optional).
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • This dessert can be made a day in advance to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • For a different flavor variation, try using orange Jell-O with mandarin oranges, or strawberry Jell-O with fresh berries.
  • If you don’t have whipped topping, you can substitute it with homemade whipped cream.
