- ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, dissolve the cherry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Refrigerate the Jell-O mixture for about 1-2 hours or until it begins to set but is still slightly soft (partially set).
- Once the Jell-O has partially set, fold in the whipped topping, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and sour cream (if using). Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual bowls. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set and firm.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped maraschino cherries (optional).
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
