Description

This Pink M&M Snickers Cheesecake is a no-bake dessert that combines a rich, chocolatey cream cheese filling with chunks of Snickers, whipped cream, and a colorful candy topping—all nestled on a buttery graham cracker or Oreo crust. It’s fluffy, indulgent, and perfectly pink for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed Oreos
  • ⅓ cup melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Snickers bars, chopped
  • Pink food coloring (gel preferred)
  • 1 cup M&Ms, for topping
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra Snickers or M&Ms for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Use a rolling pin or food processor to crush cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
  3. Press the mixture into a springform pan, smoothing the surface with a measuring cup.
  4. Chill the crust in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and let the chocolate cool to warm (not hot).
  7. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  8. Gradually mix in the cooled melted chocolate until fully blended.
  9. Fold in chopped Snickers bars gently with a spatula.
  10. In a small bowl, stir some pink food coloring into a bit of the filling, then fold back into the main filling for even color.
  11. In a separate bowl, beat cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  12. Gently fold whipped cream into the pink chocolate filling until just combined.
  13. Pour the filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top evenly.
  14. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  15. Remove cheesecake from the pan and place on a serving plate.
  16. Decorate the top with whipped cream, M&Ms, and additional Snickers pieces if desired.

Notes

  • Use full-fat block cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • Gel food coloring gives strong color without thinning the filling.
  • For the best slice, chill overnight before serving.
  • Homemade whipped cream or a high-quality store-bought brand will give the best topping results.
