Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract and salt, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and mix until the dough comes together. Stir in the chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
