Instructions

- Shape the dough into a log, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, slice the dough into 1/4-inch rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
