- 8 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread about 1/2 cup of pizza sauce evenly on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- On each tortilla, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, olives, and green bell pepper.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Pour the remaining pizza sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas.
- Sprinkle the top with remaining mozzarella cheese, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
