- 1 (10-ounce) package pre-baked ultra-thin pizza crusts
- 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Infused Oil, divided
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 (8-ounce) package fresh mozzarella ball, sliced (slices cut in half)
- 2 teaspoons Pizzeria Seasoning
- ⅓ cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). - Prepare Crust:
Brush the pre-baked pizza crust with 1 tablespoon of Roasted Garlic Infused Oil. - Add Toppings:
Layer the sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese on the crust. Sprinkle with Pizzeria Seasoning and drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of Roasted Garlic Infused Oil. - Bake:
Place in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes. If desired, turn the oven to broil on HIGH for 1-2 minutes to slightly brown the cheese. - Finish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and top with torn basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese. Slice into squares and serve warm.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately after baking while the cheese is still gooey and fresh.
