Instructions
1. Prepare the crostini:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush each slice with olive oil. Optionally, sprinkle the slices with garlic powder.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the crostini are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
2. Assemble the crostini:
- Place a slice of brie on each toasted baguette slice. The warmth of the crostini will soften the brie.
- Top with a generous spoonful of pomegranate seeds.
3. Drizzle and garnish:
