Juicy, herb-crusted porchetta slices piled high on crusty bread with creamy garlic herb mayo for a delicious sandwich experience.

- 400g cooked porchetta, sliced thinly
- 4 sandwich rolls or ciabatta buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: arugula or lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the garlic herb mayo.
- Slice the sandwich rolls and spread a generous amount of garlic herb mayo on each half.
- Layer slices of porchetta on the bottom half of each roll.
- Add arugula or lettuce if desired.
- Top with the other half of the roll and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leftover porchetta or purchase pre-cooked from a deli.
- For a smoky flavor, lightly toast the sandwich rolls before assembling.
- Garlic herb mayo can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated.
