Description

Crispy, flavorful potato wedges seasoned with garlic, herbs, and spices, perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  6. Serve hot as a snack or side dish.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and dry thoroughly.
  • You can use sweet potatoes as an alternative.
