Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking and dry thoroughly.
- You can use sweet potatoes as an alternative.
