Description

Delicious prawn rolls featuring succulent prawns tossed in a creamy, tangy dressing, served in soft buns with fresh lettuce and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz cooked prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 soft hot dog or sandwich buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add prawns and gently toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  3. Line each bun with a lettuce leaf.
  4. Fill buns with the dressed prawns.
  5. Serve immediately, optionally with lemon wedges on the side.
