- 2 cups pretzels (about 2 oz.)
- 12 oz. candy coating (Ghirardelli White & Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers recommended)
- 1 batch homemade salted caramel (stored in a condiment squeeze bottle)

Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crumble:
- Finely crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they reach a sandy texture.
- Transfer the crushed Oreos to a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl.
- Crush the Pretzels:
- Pulse the pretzels in the food processor until chopped into small pieces.
- Form the Dough:
- Add cream cheese to the crushed Oreos and mix until a dough forms.
- Incorporate the crushed pretzels into the Oreo dough until well blended.
- Shape the Balls:
- Scoop out 1 heaping tablespoon of dough at a time.
- Roll into balls, then flatten into disks. Place on parchment paper.
- Add the Caramel Filling:
- Squeeze about ½ teaspoon of caramel onto the center of each disk.
- Seal and Roll:
- Fold sides of the disk over the caramel and roll into a ball.
- Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze:
- Freeze the tray of Oreo balls for about 1 hour, or until very firm.
- Coat with Candy:
- Melt the candy coating according to package instructions.
- Roll each ball in the melted coating and place back on parchment paper.
- Add the Final Touch:
- Drizzle with additional caramel and sprinkle with crushed pretzels.
- Serve:
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
