Description

Pull Apart Pepperoni Pizza Bites are delicious, cheesy dough balls stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella, perfect as a party appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (16 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan or a cast-iron skillet.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 24 equal pieces.
  3. Flatten each piece into a small circle. Place a pinch of mozzarella cheese and a few mini pepperoni slices in the center of each circle.
  4. Pinch the edges together to seal and roll into a ball.
  5. Arrange the dough balls seam-side down in the prepared pan, close but not touching.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan if using.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping.
