Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg, and licorice twists (for straws)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If the milkshake is too thick, add a little more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
