Description
These no-bake Pumpkin Oreo Balls are easy to make and fun for fall gatherings! Decorate them with orange chocolate, pretzel sticks, and green leaf icing for a festive treat.
Ingredients
Scale
- 36 Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz orange candy melts
- Pretzel sticks (for stems)
- Green leaf icing decorations (optional, for leaves)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Mixture: Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely crumbled. Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until well combined.
- Form the Balls: Scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Use a toothpick to score lines around each ball to resemble a pumpkin shape. Return to the refrigerator for an additional 10 minutes.
- Melt and Dip: Melt the orange candy melts over a double boiler or in the microwave according to package instructions. Dip each pumpkin-shaped Oreo ball into the melted candy, shake off excess, and place back on the lined baking sheet.
- Decorate: While the coating is still wet, insert a small pretzel stick on top for the pumpkin stem. Add a green leaf icing decoration if desired.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy these festive pumpkin Oreo balls for Halloween, Thanksgiving, or any fall occasion!
Notes
- Make sure to chill the Oreo balls well before dipping to maintain their shape.
- Adjust the decorations to fit your theme or preferences.
