Description

Enjoy these flaky crescent rolls filled with a sweet pumpkin pie mixture and topped with a delicious maple glaze. Perfect for any fall occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Crescents:
    • 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
    • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Maple Glaze:
    • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    • 12 teaspoons milk (as needed for desired consistency)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a heaping teaspoon of the pumpkin filling onto the wide end of each triangle. Carefully roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point, to enclose the filling. Place the filled crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk (if needed) until smooth and desired glaze consistency is reached.
  • Drizzle the maple glaze over the warm pumpkin pie crescents using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Serve the pumpkin pie crescents warm, with extra maple glaze if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

These crescents are best served warm and fresh out of the oven.
