Description

  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup cheddar crackers
  • 1 cup peanuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzels, cheddar crackers, and peanuts (if using).
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Pour the seasoned butter over the Chex mix and toss until everything is well-coated.
  • Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even baking.
  • Allow the mix to cool completely before serving.
