Instructions
- Prepare the red velvet cake according to the box instructions and let it cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Cut the cooled red velvet cake into small cubes.
- In a large trifle dish, layer the red velvet cake cubes, followed by a layer of the cheesecake mixture, and then a layer of whipped cream.
