Instructions
- Make the pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thick.
- Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Assemble the trifle: In a trifle bowl, layer the cubed red velvet cake, pudding mixture, cream cheese mixture, and a layer of mixed berries. Repeat layers as desired, ending with a layer of whipped topping and berries.
- Chill and serve: Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
