Perfect for parties or just because, these Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cookies are a sweet, chocolatey delight that combines rich brownie and cookie flavors with a gooey surprise inside!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 (10 oz) bag of brownie mix (plus oil and egg according to package instructions)
- 1 (6 pack) Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (12 cups total)
- 1 (16 oz) package of refrigerated cookie dough
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Brownie Mix: Follow the instructions on the brownie mix package to prepare the batter (mixing with oil and an egg).
- Prepare the Cookie Dough: Divide the refrigerated cookie dough into 12 equal portions and slightly flatten each portion with your hands.
- Assemble the Cookies: Place a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup in the center of each flattened cookie dough portion. Wrap the dough around the peanut butter cup, ensuring it’s completely covered.
- Coat with Brownie Batter: Dip each cookie dough ball into the brownie batter, making sure they’re fully coated.
- Bake: Place the coated cookie dough balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly cracked on top.
- Cool and Serve: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Ensure the cookies are slightly underbaked for a gooey center.
- You can chill the cookie dough for easier handling if it’s too soft.
