Description

These Reese’s Peanut Butter No-Bake Bars are a rich and easy treat that combines creamy peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and milk chocolate. Perfect for a quick dessert with no baking required, these bars are sure to please any peanut butter and chocolate lover.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the peanut butter mixture into a 9×13-inch pan and spread it evenly.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and use a spatula to spread it evenly over the top.
  • Place the pan in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set and firm up.
  • Once chilled and set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For best results, let the bars fully cool and set before cutting to prevent them from falling apart.
  • You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture, but smooth peanut butter provides a creamier consistency.
