- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 (11 oz) bag milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into a 9×13-inch pan and spread it evenly.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave on 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture and use a spatula to spread it evenly over the top.
- Place the pan in the fridge for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set and firm up.
- Once chilled and set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For best results, let the bars fully cool and set before cutting to prevent them from falling apart.
- You can use crunchy peanut butter for added texture, but smooth peanut butter provides a creamier consistency.
- Make sure to melt the chocolate on low power to avoid burning.
