- 5 oz Spicy V8 juice
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, add the cooked shrimp, chopped cucumber, lime juice, onion, tomatoes, avocados, and jalapeños.
- Pour in the ketchup and Spicy V8 juice.
- Add the chopped cilantro, and season with salt to taste.
- Gently stir everything together until well combined.
