Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • Juice of 8 key limes

  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • 3 jalapeño peppers, minced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 5 oz Spicy V8 juice
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the cooked shrimp, chopped cucumber, lime juice, onion, tomatoes, avocados, and jalapeños.
  • Pour in the ketchup and Spicy V8 juice.
  • Add the chopped cilantro, and season with salt to taste.
