- 1 ½ cups (150 g) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup (150 g) corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup (150 g) sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish (such as an 8×8-inch dish or a similar size).
- Mix the Dip:
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded Swiss cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped corned beef, and sauerkraut until evenly combined.
- Bake:
- Spread the dip mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
