  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ΒΌ cup dark or milk chocolate chips (for melting)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for a smoother chocolate drizzle)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Toppings: Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter evenly on each rice cake.
  • Add the Banana Slices: Slice the banana into thin rounds and place the slices on top of the peanut butter-covered rice cakes.
  • Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil for a smoother drizzle, if desired.
