Description

This quick and easy recipe transforms leftover rotisserie chicken into a delicious BBQ flatbread in just 15 minutes! Perfect for a busy weeknight or a fun weekend meal.


Ingredients

  • Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Vidalia Onion recommended)
  • Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • Goat cheese, crumbled
  • Radishes, thinly sliced
  • Baby arugula
  • Balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat your grill for indirect heat (medium heat for gas grills).
  • Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces and press them into flatbreads.
  • Grill the dough until browned on one side.
  • Flip the dough and top with BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, goat cheese, and radishes.
  • Cook until the bottom is browned and the cheese is melted.
