Ingredients
- Shredded rotisserie chicken
- BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Vidalia Onion recommended)
- Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- Goat cheese, crumbled
- Radishes, thinly sliced
- Baby arugula
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Heat your grill for indirect heat (medium heat for gas grills).
- Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces and press them into flatbreads.
- Grill the dough until browned on one side.
- Flip the dough and top with BBQ sauce, shredded chicken, goat cheese, and radishes.
- Cook until the bottom is browned and the cheese is melted.
