Description

A creamy, rich pasta dish featuring tender fettuccine, flaky salmon, and succulent shrimp, all enveloped in a luscious Alfredo sauce. Perfect for a special dinner or a cozy family meal!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 salmon fillet, skinless
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add shrimp and garlic, cooking until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  • Add fettuccine, shrimp, and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss gently to combine.
  • Serve garnished with parsley.
