- 1 salmon fillet, skinless
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then cook for 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add shrimp and garlic, cooking until shrimp turn pink, about 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add fettuccine, shrimp, and flaked salmon to the sauce. Toss gently to combine.
- Serve garnished with parsley.
