- 1/2 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1/2 cup diced chorizo
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, cubed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add Italian sausage and chorizo, cooking until browned and cooked through, breaking up the meat.
- Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Stir in cubed mozzarella and grated Parmesan until cheeses melt and sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
