- 5 eggs
- 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 8 sausage links
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later.
- Scramble the remaining eggs.
- Unroll the dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Cut each cheese slice in half and place one half on each triangle.
- Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.
- Loosely roll up the triangles and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Brush the tops with the reserved beaten eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
You can use turkey sausage or vegetarian sausage as a substitute for a healthier option.
