- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Prepare Sausage Gravy:
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Do not drain.
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually stir in milk, cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare Pizza:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread Sausage Gravy:
- Evenly spread the sausage gravy over the pizza dough.
- Add Toppings:
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sausage gravy.
- Create six wells in the cheese and crack an egg into each well.
- Bake Pizza:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
