Description

For the Pizza Dough:

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

For the Sausage Gravy:

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Prepare Sausage Gravy:
    • Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Do not drain.
    • Sprinkle flour over sausage and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    • Gradually stir in milk, cooking and stirring until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Prepare Pizza:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Roll out the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet.
  • Spread Sausage Gravy:
    • Evenly spread the sausage gravy over the pizza dough.
  • Add Toppings:
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sausage gravy.
    • Create six wells in the cheese and crack an egg into each well.
  • Bake Pizza:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden brown.
    • Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
