These Savory Chicken Wraps are a perfect weeknight dinner! Tender grilled chicken wrapped in soft tortillas, drizzled with a creamy garlic sauce, and loaded with your favorite fresh veggies.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced (optional)
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
For the Garlic Cream Sauce
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on both sides.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the garlic cream sauce. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- To assemble the wraps, place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a handful of lettuce, some tomato, cucumber, and onion (if using).
- Place a few strips of grilled chicken on top of the veggies. Drizzle with the garlic cream sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly.
- Serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for a packed lunch.
Notes
- You can use whole wheat or gluten-free tortillas for a healthier option.
- Customize the wrap with other vegetables like bell peppers, avocado, or olives.
- For a spicier version, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the garlic cream sauce.
