The Shamrock Protein Shake is a refreshing, creamy, and healthy take on the classic seasonal mint shake. Made with protein powder, almond milk, and a touch of peppermint, this green treat is blended to perfection in the Ninja Creami for a thick, ice-cream-like consistency with none of the guilt.

- 1 scoop vanilla or vanilla-mint protein powder
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract (not mint extract)
- 1–2 tbsp sugar-free instant pudding mix (vanilla or white chocolate, optional for creaminess)
- 1–2 drops green food coloring (optional)
- 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (like honey, maple syrup, or stevia, optional)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: whipped cream (dairy or non-dairy), dark chocolate chips, or cacao nibs
Instructions
- In the Ninja Creami pint container, combine the protein powder, almond milk, peppermint extract, pudding mix (if using), sweetener, salt, and green food coloring. Stir or blend well until smooth and fully mixed.
- Place the lid on the pint container and freeze for 24 hours until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer, insert into the Ninja Creami machine, and use the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Smoothie Bowl” setting.
- If the texture is too crumbly after the first spin, add 1–2 tbsp of milk and use the “Re-spin” function once or twice until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop into a glass or bowl, top with optional whipped cream or chocolate chips, and enjoy your protein-packed minty treat!
