These loaded Sheet Pan Nachos are perfect for a fun family meal or party appetizer. Crisp tortilla chips topped with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and all your favorite nacho toppings. Easy to make and perfect for sharing!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag tortilla chips (about 1012 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1 cup salsa (for serving)
  • 1/2 cup guacamole (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning along with a splash of water. Let it simmer until well combined.
  3. Prepare the Nachos: On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Top with the seasoned ground beef, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Add Toppings: Once out of the oven, add red onion, jalapeños, black olives, green onions, and cilantro on top of the nachos.
  6. Serve: Serve immediately with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side for dipping.

Notes

  • Vegetarian Option: Skip the ground beef and use black beans or refried beans for a vegetarian version.
  • Spicy: Add extra jalapeños or hot sauce for more heat.
  • Cheese: Feel free to mix and match your favorite cheeses, like pepper jack or Monterey Jack, for a twist.
