Instructions
- Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, mix Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce. Add the thinly sliced steak and marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet or heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Sear the marinated steak for about 1 minute on each side, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables and Shrimp: In the same skillet, add more oil if needed. Toss in the chopped vegetables and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the shrimp and cook until they form a nice C shape, about 2-3 minutes.
- Combine and Serve: Return the cooked steak to the skillet, add the prepared sauce, and toss in the cooked noodles. Stir everything together and allow the sauce to thicken for 2-3 minutes. Add green onions and optional chili crisps for heat. Mix well and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, garnish with sesame seeds or a drizzle of sesame oil.
- Customizing the veggies is easy; use your favorites or whatever you have on hand!
