Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 2 packets chicken gravy mix
  • 2 packs chicken breast (approximately 2 lbs)
  • Instant mashed potatoes (just add butter)
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • In a crockpot, combine the cream of chicken soup, water, and chicken gravy packets. Stir well.
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then place them in the crockpot, ensuring they are submerged in the mixture.
  • Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the crockpot and shred it using two forks.
  • Return the shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine with the gravy.
  • Prepare the instant mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
  • Serve the shredded chicken and gravy over a scoop of mashed potatoes.
