Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound andouille sausage, sliced
  • 1 ear of corn, cut into kernels
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare vegetables: In a bowl, combine the corn, potatoes, red bell pepper, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
