Description

  • For the Toast:
    • 4 slices of French bread or any thick-cut bread
    • 2 tbsp butter, softened
    • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Shrimp:
    • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Prepare the Bread:
    • Preheat your oven broiler.
    • Spread the softened butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
    • Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Assemble the Shrimp Toast:
    • Top each slice of toasted bread with the cooked shrimp.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  • Broil the Toast:
    • Return the toast to the oven under the broiler and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
