Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the Bread:
- Preheat your oven broiler.
- Spread the softened butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Assemble the Shrimp Toast:
- Top each slice of toasted bread with the cooked shrimp.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
- Broil the Toast:
- Return the toast to the oven under the broiler and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Remove the shrimp toast from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
