Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Add this to the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes of cooking and stir to thicken the sauce.
