- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup water

- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the cubed potatoes into the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the Lipton Onion Soup Mix evenly over the potatoes.
- Add the cubed butter on top of the potatoes.
- Pour the water over the potatoes and stir everything together to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated.
- Optionally, drizzle olive oil over the top for added flavor.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
- Once cooked, season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite main course.
Notes
- You can use red potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes for a different texture and flavor.
