- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus seasoning
- 10 pepperoncini peppers
- Optional: ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
- ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced
Instructions
- (Optional) Sear the ribeye steaks in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side for extra flavor.
- Place the steaks in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the ranch and au jus seasonings over the steaks.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and pour in the optional pepperoncini juice.
- Top with slices of butter.
- Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steaks are tender.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a milder flavor, reduce the number of pepperoncini or omit the juice. Searing the steaks adds depth but is optional.
