Ingredients

  • 23 lbs ribeye steaks
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning
  • 10 pepperoncini peppers
  • Optional: ¼ cup pepperoncini juice
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, sliced

Instructions

  • (Optional) Sear the ribeye steaks in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side for extra flavor.
  • Place the steaks in the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle the ranch and au jus seasonings over the steaks.
  • Add the pepperoncini peppers and pour in the optional pepperoncini juice.
  • Top with slices of butter.
  • Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the steaks are tender.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or rice and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a milder flavor, reduce the number of pepperoncini or omit the juice. Searing the steaks adds depth but is optional.
