- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
- Add the chicken pieces, stirring to coat in the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 4β5 hours or high for 2β3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
