Description

Slutty Brownies are the ultimate indulgence, combining a thick, chewy brownie base, a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough, and a surprise layer of Oreo cookies in between. This rich and gooey dessert is as sinful as it sounds—and absolutely irresistible! Perfect for when you’re craving something over-the-top delicious.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients called for on the box)
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1215 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup butter (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • 1 egg (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (if making cookie dough from scratch)
  • Pinch of salt (if making cookie dough from scratch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and spread the batter evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Layer the Oreos on top of the brownie batter. Arrange them in a single layer, covering the entire surface.
  4. If using store-bought cookie dough, simply scoop and flatten the dough over the Oreos to cover them evenly.
  5. If making cookie dough from scratch:
    • In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
    • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
    • Add the flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined.
    • Spread the cookie dough over the Oreos, covering them completely.
  6. Bake the brownies for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the brownie layer (cookie dough layer may still appear a bit soft but will firm up as it cools).
  7. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing to ensure they set properly.
  8. Cut into squares and serve!

Notes

  • If you want an even gooier center, slightly underbake the brownies (around 30 minutes).
  • For an extra special touch, top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce.
  • Feel free to mix in additional chocolate chips or nuts into the cookie dough layer for added texture.
