Description

Smoky Salmon Caesar Lettuce Wraps are a fresh and light twist on a classic Caesar salad. Flaky, smoky salmon is paired with crisp lettuce wraps, creamy Caesar dressing, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. These wraps are perfect for a healthy lunch or dinner, offering a low-carb alternative to traditional wraps and tacos while delivering all the rich, smoky flavors you love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups smoked salmon, flaked
  • 8 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Lay out the romaine lettuce leaves on a flat surface, making sure they are clean and dry.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the smoked salmon with 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing. Toss gently to coat the salmon evenly.
  3. Spread a small amount of Caesar dressing on each lettuce leaf as a base.
  4. Place a spoonful of the smoky salmon mixture on each lettuce leaf.
  5. Top with cherry tomato halves, red onion slices, grated parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons if using.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy your Smoky Salmon Caesar Lettuce Wraps as a light and satisfying meal or appetizer!

Notes

  • For a lighter option, use a lighter Caesar dressing or Greek yogurt-based dressing.
  • If you prefer a non-smoked version, you can use cooked or grilled salmon instead.
  • These wraps can also be made ahead by prepping the ingredients and assembling them right before serving.
