Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. - Make the Cookie Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. - Combine Dry Ingredients:

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. If desired, top each cookie with a few extra mini chocolate chips. - Bake:
